San Jose Addition and Remodel

Degan Construction added a Craftsman-style addition to the front of this San Jose home. The addition holds a new kitchen, dining room and living area. The kitchen has gray Shaker cabinets, marble-look quartz counters, a farmhouse sink under a wall of windows, a pot filler over a pro-style range and a custom bar with glass-front cabinets. The new front elevation, with white shingle siding and a covered entry, changes the home's street presence while making the main living space far more usable for entertaining and everyday family life.
