Saratoga Home Addition and Full Remodel

Degan Construction completed an 800 sq ft addition and full remodel of this Craftsman-style home in Saratoga. The addition created a great room with a gas fireplace in a mosaic stone surround, an iron chandelier and a wall of sliding glass doors to a new paver patio. The remodeled kitchen pairs cherry Shaker cabinetry with a white center island, gray glass tile, skylights and professional-grade appliances. Light wide-plank oak floors run throughout. Traditional finishes were chosen to blend the addition seamlessly with the original home, which matters in Saratoga neighborhoods where design compatibility is part of the review process.
